Medical services are provided by LocumTele, whose licensed nurse practitioners and physician assistants review Optimal Vitality assessments and write prescriptions. LocumTele is responsible for clinical care, provider licensure and oversight, patient records and clinical policies. Optimal Vitality provides the website, your account and non-clinical support, and cannot influence a clinical outcome.
Medication is dispensed by VSDH, a state-licensed pharmacy.
